As for what they are, it's everything not directly connected to football. So accountants, administrators, lawyers, janitors, chefs, waiters, mechanics, drivers, headed notepaper, IT staff, computers, trophy polish, lobsters, bar staff, PR officers, desks, receptionists, translators, security guards, laundry, cutlery, vacuum cleaners, water, electricity, goldfish etc etc etc etc. It's everything that a large company with entertaining facilities needs.
