wazza Posted March 19, 2011 Share Posted March 19, 2011 When is the best time to do this to force the chairmans hand into sacking the manager of the club you want to be at. Is it when the status is very insecure of precaurios. In the past on FM's I have done it on insecure but it was not enough to force the manager out of the club. Secondly I have noticed that after a manger has been sacked some other manager has declared there interset and this leaves them as favourite for the job, the news for this comes up after the annoucement of the sacking. Can you declare interest AFTER the manager has been sacked as the option disapears from the screen and changes to apply for job Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The players of that team feel their manager isnt respected by others and im guessing that has some kind of an effect on their behavior or performance.
