Peter G
I've got a question regarding transfers and a query about how players choose the club for them? A while back I made a thread about managing Queens Park in Scotland, I'm still managing them and I'm making offers for players every week, permanent and loans yet the majority either reject me or go elsewhere. A couple even joined clubs in the division below me, could the money be a factor in this case? And the query, how do players choose the right club for them? Is it based on the wages? Or the country of said club and how they are doing?
robzilla
I think primarily they use club reputation (relative to their own and that of their current club if they have one) and the contract you offer. Other factors which they will take into account are whether or not any of the clubs offering contracts are on his favoured list, or disliked list (or any of their staff or players), what competitions you are in (Europe etc).
