Kalou
Is there a way to get a player who has your country as a second nationality to be come eligible to play for you? They are not listed as having declared to play for there original nationality but when they become the other through spending the time in the country i cant choose them for the national team. bigdanio
EU nationals won't take another EU nationality just to play for the team. If they already have the nationalities available, you will need to look at the International Happiness. If they are only interested in playing for Spain, they will reject a call up for England.
