Too many bizarre own goals?

Not saying there are too many (or too few) own goals in the games played. But especially in 11.3 (maybe a coincidence) I've encountered several bizarre own goals.

Most of them are when a defender positioned in the little box watching a winger crossing the ball into the box. The defender then decides to turn his back to the ball and naturally the ball hits him in the back/neck and goes into goal.

I've even seen Georgio Chiellini make this mistake in my game. A world class defender like him wouldn't be afraid of the incoming ball and turn away. Instead he would head it out of the zone.

This might be a ME problem not capable of showing other kinds of own goals in situations like these, but it gets more and more frustrating every times these bizarre incidents happen.

Am I the only one noticing this and should I just close my eyes and try to pretend the defender actually was under pressure and highly unlucky to put the ball into own net?
