[player name] points finger at [managers name] - Thoughts needed please

This is 1 aspect that is totally unrealistic, whilst not a bug, I do believe it needs to be tweaked in Football Manager 2012.

In my example I absolutely smashed Stoke At stokes home ground, All I said at half time was that I am stoked and to keep up the great work. At the end of the match, I said I was very pleased with their efforts throughout the match.

Andy Carroll comes out after the match, points his finger at me and says that I made a few errors in judgement in my team talk which had done nothing to help the team.

I'm then thinking what the hell ? we just smashed Stoke, we couldn't have won by anymore, we won 5-0. What more does Andy Carroll want ?

This is 1 of only a few small things that annoys me about FM11
