Manager Turnaround - Timescales

I'll paint the picture for ya, its january 2024 and im england manager after clubs stints at croydon, dover, reading and everton.

Now I am contemplating getting back into club managment but the game doesn't want me to (or at least thats how it feels). Since i've been keeping my eyes open for the "right job" (about a year) the manager turnaround is ridiculous.

Every top division job that becomes available is again taken the very next day. now i know these are desirable jobs but the next day??! And you know what, I could understand if it was a small percentage of times this happens due to circumstance and chairman preference to a lined up guv'nor but its not. Also the other slight issue I have is the useless A.I manager journeyman - constantly sacked - constantly sought after, I dont understand how somebody can underperform so often but stay at the same level without taking any career break - sacked one day and employed again somewhere else the next. Frustration vented.
