The problem is, I have no idea how to go about giving them my recommendation. They offered Everton and Fulham, but I want to try my hand at Arsenal. Any ideas? bigdanio Posted March 10, 2011 Share Posted March 10, 2011 This is COMPLETELY broken in FM11 and I am surprised it wasn't addressed. The same problem comes with selecting a feeder club. The board say "youve been manager a while, want to pick?" you say OK but then they come with a list of 4 teams like they always do.
