Olympic Squad

First off I apologize if this has already been asked. Couldnt find an answer when doing a quick search.

Took over the England job after the Euro 2012, so my first tournament is the Olympics. I was going through my club pre-season happily, when I decided to check the squad (about 5 days before the tournament started) and my squad has been picked for me. Now I cant change the squad at all and the squad picked for me is rubbish.

I recieved no warning that I had to pick a squad and am now probably screwed. Is there any cheat way to change the squad I have available to me and pick it myself. Unfortunately I dont keep a back up save or do rolling save files.
