My GK wanted to talk to me because he's worried about lack of discipline in the club. What it's about? Should I sign better coaches with higher discipline attribute or just be more harsh with players who've been sent off in prior matches?

Make sure you warn your players for getting sent off.

I had a player complain about this.
He then got a rating of 6.0 in the next game, so I fined him 2 weeks wages for a poor performance.

He didn't see the funny side.

I had the exact same thing happen, my keeper wasn't happy and we had a chat about it. I told him I would try to improve the management, and within the new few clubs, low and behold, a few suspensions and red cards :D. I fined them a weeks wages, they were a bit unhappy but u can talk them into being happy again quite easily. Now my keeper hasnt said anything in months and the promise I made is gone :)

Whenever I get this, I just tell the players to stop complaining and get on with it (not in those words but something similar) and the players apologise and usually don't complain again
