Wylie123
Hi there, I see in the editor a players potential ability is -10. what does this mean? can i just change it to. E.G 145?
Chalky1989
It means he'll be generated a random PA at the start of the game, and as it's -10, it'll be in the highest range. So it will be between 170 and 200. Essentially he'll be world class.
Wylie123
Thanks very much so -1 being the lowest and - 10 being the highest?
stevie_G_32201
a fixed PA will be what level a player will be able to reach at his maximum. a player with a fixed PA of 185 say could not surpass this number, however with a PA of -10 when you start a new game a player will be assigned a fixed PA between 170-200. he might be worse, then again he might be lucky and get a pa of 200 and become a genius in the game and outplay even lionel messi himself. z1xiang
there's other attributes to be consider. Example like workrate.
chopper99
Attribute spread is arguably more important than CA/PA anyway. So a player with a CA of 170 can be better than a player with a CA of 190 if the attribute spread is better.
