Transfer System

I already like the FM transfer system, but FIFA manager's is also decent.

I like the fact that you can attract a player by not only offering money. Perhaps you can state that our club doesnt have the funds to match your demands, but we can offer first team football, and state of the art facilities. I think this would be a good idea, as IRL players do join a club, even if it means wage cuts.

Well, I've seen players choose a club two divisions beneath another offering just for first team football - so it does happen in FM to a degree.

One thing that needs to be put into the game more is geographical location as it does effect transfers.

IRL York City just signed Scott Kerr from Lincoln. Getting him to drop down a league and take a pay-cut. Purely as we are closer to his home in Leeds. So he took a pay cut in return for spending more time with his family. We also have had trouble in the past getting players from the South to move up and have even taken players who from the North originally, where home sick living in the south.

Players don't always move just because a team is offering them more money.
