Is possible to play in ACL as Wellington Phoenix manager? (in FM2011)

If yes - is it possible after 2012 season?
and
If I will play in ACL: are NZ players recognized as domestic players? (after 2012)

I was in the ACL in 2018 as manager of Wellington Phoenix and New Zealand players are recognised as domestic.
