They have listened to feedback and are letting people know the situation and you still complain. They can't win with people like you. It seems a complex issue and very random and may have only cropped up last week nobody will really know apart from SI and I don't know why are you trying to blame SI for you taking a week off your work, as has already been pointed out that is your fault. Did Miles or anyone say "The patch will DEFINTELY be out w/c 28th Feb?? No! They said hopefully, and something has delayed it. So you speculatively take time off work, then feel somehow you have the right to moan about there being a delay! Ridiculous!! I have to say, I'm not that bothered about the patch, I've played the game constantly since day of release, I've had no real issues with any bugs of any kind and have downloaded an unofficial data update to keep me going until the official one comes out with the patch. The update has already said they're working around the clock, there are maximum working hour laws too remember, or should they keep them all locked up until it's fixed? Can just imagine your response if your boss said that. Why on earth book a week off when it was in no way a definite it would be out (why book a weeks leave to play a game if I'm honest but to each his own)... You seem to be playing the victim card really well here, if you want to be a martyr, head across to the BBC site and join in with arsenal fans Sorry if this offends but I've been pushing for them to do updates for ages and when they start to do it people criticize further, makes me narky! But, even if they let the time schedule went by, whats the big problem? As Miles said this is a unexpected random bug, so we have to be patience. Now, one thing i would like, but i dont now if its possible, was that the change list would be make available right now. If the only thing that is delaying the release of the patch it's a random bug, problably all the chances were made. for example, Paul C have already release the change list for the ME. Could SI release the complety change list for 11.3 patch? this could be very important for all user see what in the game have been changed, hand perhaps still give a last minute input! The game is perfectly playable without the patch. It has some bugs, as always, but you can still play and have fun. 2. I hope you realize that once the patch is released, there will still be some bugs and some new ones will be introduced. People seem to assume that the patch will fix everything. It won't. The game will never be free of bugs, and your forwards will never score every chance they get. 3. If you want the patch for the data updates, you could just use the editor. It's even fun. Was just about to say the same thing! Basically, once the problem is fixed the patch should be out very soon after so it could be fixed today sometime and out tomorow. I think Miles is saying probably next week because they do not know what is causing the crashing as it is really random so they have no idea how long it may take to fix. The issue with this will be that if the random crash is found to be caused by a fix listed in the changelist and they then decide the only practical way to sort it is to undo the fix and live with the older (presumably less serious) issue, then people will be moaning about something being listed as fixed but not being fixed in the patch. Are the people who moan, just really bad at playing the game, they moan because "the bug" stops them scoring goals they should have done, or winning matches they should have, do you not ever hear top managers IRL bemoaning the fact that they dominated games and still lost, or that their star striker couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo?! In my last 2 games, I've managed to get Southampton from League 1 into the Prem and semi's of the FA Cup, and Middlebrough into the Prem, then win the FA Cup and get to the semi-finals of the Europa League, finishing 4th in the league. Both on small-medium budgets. Don't get me wrong, I'm not for one minute suggesting I'm a good manager, but my point is that if I lose a match, I lose a match, I don't come on here, moan about it until I'm blue in the face and demand that SI release a patch immediately that will suddenly make me score more goals and win more games?!! The problem is when it strikes without warning you're unable to save and it will go to desktop because of this I've not played FM now for around 6 weeks+ as it's so frustrating saving every few days or so.
