The main climbers

This one to share is about finances and financial planning when starting a new game and its about your acts so to turn or maintain your club to a wealthy one.

At the start, looking at the club's information you ll see rich, secure,ok etc

You may also see loans outstanding looking at the club's finances panel.

At the end of every season you ll get a message for the top rich list. You ll see then, the richer club of all and also the main climbers, the club rising better that all the rest, financially.

This will lead,if you achieve, your club's board to pay all your loans,if any, and give you a bigger budget for the next seasons. Also this will create the basis for improving your facilities and get a new stadium or buy the one your club uses.

So my advices, in order to achieve this, are:

1) you have to accept that maybe you will not have a profit every single month of the season,it depends from your club's fixtures(tickets, bonuses etc) but important is to have most months with a profit. so..

2) so at the start of the season, you have to act in the trasfer market knowing that the largest expence of your club is player's wages. Now is the time to make some critical desicions. Your goal is to spend the least, buying absolute bargains that can improve, play first team football and contribute for any success you'll have in the season. And this will also increase their value in the trasfer market.

3)you now can see at your club's finances, in salary panel, your current player wage total, allowed, minimum, average, maximum, total. You'll have a very good view of the situation and the overall money you pay per season for contracts.

4) you have to achieve a negative "net transfer spend" (money players bought-money players sold). the bigger the better. so now you have to sell some off your stars. The ones that their contract is too high, the ones that you can replace with players off your squad,or bargain transfers, that can cover with solid performances all season. Examples: FC Porto,Olympique Lyonnais

5) acting like said, your club's financial status is no longer fully dependent from promotion's,european's etc bonuses and you can ask the board any time of the season to improve your youth and training facilities for a start, having great chances that they will accept. At the end of the season your club will rise in the rich list club (and if you started with a not so wealthy club, you may also be the main climber of all the clubs in this list.)

these are my advices, and if anyone has to add any tips on this appriciate it

cheers
