Help with update

Keep getting this message when trying to update FM2011 to 11.2.1 on a boxed version.

A sharing violation occurred while accessing C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager\data\skins.fmf.

Any ideas what to do as it just stops my update and I cant go any further?

Is FM open if so close it down then apply patch/update

Close down FM when applying the patch and it should work.

Thanks very much seems to have worked now for my 1st game on FM11
