kimjjj
Two things: The amount of time-wasting allowed is just ridiculous. When it's set to high a player can waste more than 35 seconds at a throw in. Most often the player will just stand with that dumb animation of shaking the ball (are they going to fix that?) for 15 or 20 seconds, and the ref does nothing to get him going. Unrealistic. And why can't the players take quick re-starts when a free kick is awarded? Often a team will have a great opportunity for a through ball if only they'd think fast and take the free kick immediately. But no, instead the play has to reset to a set piece, with every player on the pitch in the right positions. Unrealistic. Otherwise, decent work on the engine. IbrahimAliMaher
I'd say the opposite, time wasting appears to be broken as players will never take the ball into the corner in the closing minutes and hold it up, infuriating
Sherdil
Time-Wasting. Yes, 35 seconds plus is unrealistic but so is 'fastforwarding' a game in real life or pausing a football game to change tactics. There is always room for improvement but it is important to note that FM is the greatest football manager game by a long stretch. Quick Re-Starts: That is a good suggestion that SI might look into in the future.
McBride
I agree with both of these points but a quick re-start would really be great.
