Idea for international managers

Recommended Posts

I noticed 2 or 3 flaws when managing international teams.

- There was no way of punishing or saying that you will be punishing the player if they play poorly. If I had a player who played terrible in consecutive games and I had a private chat to say he better improve EVERY time they would get back to you saying they felt they played well. I'm sorry but an average rating of 4.5 for a star player is not good. This needs to be sorted out, I could even see any option to continue that conversation with him to say I disagree with that comment.

- You cant encourage players to play for your country if they are legible to do so. I am managing Scotland and there are two English players who haven't played for the English youth team but refuse to play for Scotland. I cant discuss this with the player.

- There is no option to have a meeting with the footballing board of your country to suggest to teams that they improve their youth system to bring in new and better blood, or look at grassroots football.
