ok im managing newcastle united and im in my first season,i had played 8 games and had won 4 and lost 4 at this stage so i decided to holiday the next few games and now my team are on a 5 game unbeaten streak at this stage drawing at home to chelsea,away to blackburn,sunderland and beating wigan and tottenham at home,i would near bet these results would not have happened if i was there in charge,so what has changed that the team are playing so well,also before we would have been leaking quite a few goals example 4 against arsenal,aston villa and liverpool all in a row.

Dont take this the wrong way but basically your assistant manager is a better manager than you are. If things arent going your way in the game you need to adjust. Use the shouts and the other tools that the game has.

Your Ass Man gives you feedback and advice before every match. I'd use this advice. Also in the match you can still get reccomendations from your ass man.

he probably is like but i also do use the touchline shouts and oppisition player instructions as well,i mainly am just doing this because i couldnt be arsed playing the game.

ohh normal service resumed they lost 3-0 away to birmingham lol,here i will do but my problem is i want to play the game but get tired easy and couldnt be bothered,dont know whats wrong.

stop playing for a while and just hang around on the forums, thats what i used to do and then i started to miss playing.

addicted to 11 though so not a problem for me
