Succeeding In Scotland

How well is everyone doing when they play a game the Scottish Leagues, im asking because im playing a Celtic game and i dont see how im going to be able to get any top quality players at the moment, i mean, im doing well (i suppose), the league has been won every year except the first, and im getting further in Europe every year, but consistantly making a profit is very difficult, especially if i want to buy any decent players, and even though i've upgraded my Youth Facilities to Excellent and have a Youth Academy, the players im getting through are... less than adequate. Does the amount of money you make increase once the Scottish Leagues rise on the Reputation Table, or is it always going to be a struggle?
