That way if your having unprecedented success and are top of the league and want to move on in March/April you could accept your new job for next season and still be recognised for winning the league with the club you are leaving instead of the new manager been credited for it when its won Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
bwfc_4eva Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 i would hope it is possible to delay a job offer till the end of the season. would be unrealistic if you cant. i have not had another job offer on fm11 yet!!!!!!! lol. but you are right jose mourinho has done it twice first with porto before he moved to chelsea and then with inter milan before he moved to real madrid.
