I want Madrid, Madrid want me but I can't accept!

After a good few years at Murcia I applied for the Real Madrid job after resigning from Murcia and I got offered the job. They offered something like 30k a week and I managed to negotiate them up to 44.5k but it wouldn't let me accept it. For some reason the lowest I could demand was 45.5k the negotiations went on and on with both of us constantly at these same numbers until they withdrew the offer. I was devastated! Has anyone else had this problem?

I have the latest patch and although I've made a few changes on the editor this shouldn't happen should it?

It's a bug.

Best thing to do is Go on Holiday for that day and set it to accept bids from higher teams.

Then you will sign on the 30k dotted line.

I had this after 15 seasons with Lazio - all they could offer was 40k and I could only accept 100k. Had to holiday to get past the negotiation and sign for 40k.
