JoshPhillips Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Hi All, I'm holding out until the new patch is out to start a new game - and I'm thinking of treating myself to a new laptop before I do so to get the best out of it! I wondered what you guys would recommend? I used to be very up on technology but in the last few years I've dwindled so I'm not so hot anymore! I'm guessing the main components for getting the best out of FM are RAM and CPU power? Not neccesarily a top graphics card - I have a PS3 so use that for my eye candy gaming. I've picked out a few here that I like the look of in my budget, anybody techy fancy having a butchers? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/237739 - Looks quite cheap, not sure how good the CPU will be for FM though? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/195974 - Less RAM but a better screen for looking at all those stats? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/236685 - looks to me like it could be the best?? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/241722 - Better make? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/241444 - Better CPU? Would really appreciate any help anyone could offer as to which is best for the money! Then I can start my 20 year plan with Hinckley United....
