Does anyone else love fm because of this?

To me FM is unlike other games mostly because its very laid back. By what I mean is it doesnt require your attention all the time like some other games such as FPS games. Generally I play FM while doing things such as homework or browsing the web.

to me, this game requires much more attention than any other form of game because it requires way more attention to detail...

if im doing something else while playing FM, i do stupid stuff as im not really paying attention!

Au contraire, this game requires a lot of attention. I myself prefer to play without looking at the stats of players and instead follow my heart. ^.^

i do it to, but i find FM needs more attention then any other game out there. So i'll do my homework while playing but i'll still go indepth into the game, it'll just take longer than usual.

What I mean is you can look away and not be penalised. To be honest I find it pretty boring just playing fm by itself so I tend to do other things while I do it.

Pretty typical of people to just jump down your throat without thinking.

It's something I love too. I don't particularly care that it sometimes takes ages to process games, as I can just flick onto the internet or turn my attention to the TV.

I know it seem that they believe theres only one way of playing the game.

I tend to multitask with FM too, either with another game (usually something like Fifa, though I have tried it with games such as Final Fantasy but they require more attention) or while reading, watching the TV etc.

I can enjoy fully focusing on FM, but that's usually around preseason time while I'm sorting out my training, formations, signings etc. Once the season starts it's less about me clawing up everything I need for the games and more about making slight alterations to keep the form up or to improve it.

Am I missing something? Who jumped down who's throat exactly?

I tend to have the internet one my second monitor when I play so when it's processing, I can be doing other stuff but I don't love FM because of that.

I play FM in a variety of ways. Sometimes whilst listening to the radio, sometimes with the TV on in the background, sometimes whilst browsing these forums, and sometimes I give it my full attention.

i do a bit of everything, sometimes i give FM my full attention, others 50% between it and the forums, others only 33.3% between fm, forums and another game. the other 0.1% dissapears into the abyss before someone asks where it is

yeah i know what u been during your match i jump onto facebook aswell, and dont need to worry as it stops at half time, things like that

We can, can't we. More attention needs to be payed during match, but you can also switch to web page during first half after you already set your plan for the match. You can make changes in half time talk.
