SeabassP Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 I want to get into the international managing, but whenever a low level international job/U21 job opens up and I go to the job board (or the team's home menu), it doesn't let me apply. The only jobs I seem to be able to apply for are the bigger ones, and obviously, I am not going to get it? Is there something I can change? Does it have to do with the detail level? CooCooKaJoo Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 im currently england under 19s manger, have been u21 manager on previous games usually they will come into your inbox when they are available, though what ive done is the old add manaer and retire hims traight away to make them available. doesnt always work, sometimes they offer it to someone else though i was U19s manager, left for the belarus job after 4 games, then capello retired, and redknapp took over and he offered me the job back without me having to apply. i took it too, belurus had crap players lol!
