Novox Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 Make sure you pick players that can handle pressure when taking spot kicks, otherwise they can fluff it in important matches just because they feel too much pressure. It's my very first requirement followed by penalty shooting. If you have no choice but to use him you'd have to put him in a low pressure spot if its a penalty-shootout such as the second penalty taker. Otherwise if he still misses, just train him in penalty taking, i dont think it uses up an CA or if it does, it's very minimal so it's worth it.
