DamianJMcGrath
In my weekly backroom staff meeting, the coaches keep telling me they suggest telling some players to switch the ball to the other flank. Every single time I ask the player to do this, they also refuse and then get quite angry. This doesn't happen to any other recommendation - just this one. What's the problem with this suggestion? bardock
there's no problem with the suggestion sometimes players don't want certain ppms but i'm not quite sure why.
easternhawk2
You have to takes stats and age into consideration. He may have a low passing stat or be in his late 20's or his 30's and as such doesn't feel like learning the trait would benefit him.
