Toshiba Laptop Recovery Problem!

If there is anybody who has a Toshiba laptop you might be aware of a harddisk recovery system that is installed. What has been happening recently, especially when im playing FM is the screen will suddenly go black and a blue box will appear saying that the system has to restart and my laptop restarts. I thought it might have something to do with maybe it being overloaded its a decent laptop i think and there was about 45 out of 148 GB left in Windows © but i cleared up some space so there was about 70 GB left. Last night it was literally restarting everytime i turned FM on today it has happened less frequently which may be due to the more free space but it still keeps crashing. Is there any computer geniuses out there who can help? it seems to be happening more and more recently (again i would guess this is due to more space being taken up) it has happened a couple of time early on when i got my laptop but that was only when i had left FM on for a few hours by accident.
