Why can't I apply for Club Jobs anymore?!!!

I'm managing grasshopper club zurich in Swis league, and the England national team. I have won everything many times with this team, also one world cup with Uruguayy and a Euro championship with England, so I'm ranked as the Best manager of all time in the hall of fame.

Problem is, ever since I took the england job, I cannot even apply for an available club job! The 'APPLY' button does not even appear for club jobs anymore, it appears only for national team or youth national team jobs.

All of these are club jobs available currently in my save at different levels, but I can't apply for any of them, nor for the other available jobs! The only job in there that I can apply for is the Ireland U-19 team...

Can somebody please tell me what's happening here?

i have this problem sometimes to but I thinks it cause the team has a caretaker manager in charge and aren't looking for people to apply

Go to "Game Status" and see if all the leagues are selected in "Manageable Teams".
