Game won't start. Crash dumps

When i start a game regardless of the league selected or database used it crashes. Loaded games work fine. I've had problems downloading the patch recently and still is unresolved see this thread - http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/253414-Patch-Issues

When i start the game this error message comes up'A serious error was encountered and the application will close'. In addition how do i read crash dump files or see why my games is not working. I have uninstalled it numerous times but i havent deleted all the files each time.

Whats the spec of your computer?

There might be something running when you start up your computer thats causing some kind of issue. In that case i'd suggest that you try downloading something called gamebooster and see if that helps when trying to run the game.

Could definitely do with knowing more about your PC spec.

A few basic fixes to consider would be;

- Update your graphics drivers

- Update DirectX

- Update Java

- Make sure you're not trying to run the game with any graphics packs or data edits as a test.

- In preferences, within the game - untick "enable data collection".

- Make sure you're running the latest patch - I see you've tried that and wonder if you're struggling because you're trying to install the wrong version - how did you install the game, via Steam or not? Probably worth a try.
