Do we think the new update will contain much apart from the Jan transfers? If you want the January transfers in your game, you will need to start a new game selecting the 11.3 database. The new patch will also contain bug fixes. Hopefully the 'current' tactic issue amongst others, so yes, it contains a lot more than just the January transfers. Have a quick look in there, and see if you spot any that might be game-changers for you. I started a FM game managing Man Utd and haven't had any bugs at all, so you might think it's worth updating a few transfers yourself (if you only care about the major English/European ones) and starting your game now.
