Zog on the Tyne Posted February 5, 2011 Share Posted February 5, 2011 The Dutch league has slipped massively since the likes of Luis Suarez left for abroad and that's not too late on in the game either. I find Republic of Ireland rises pretty quickly so if you want to start a game and get a smaller club from a smaller country to challenge in Europe, that'd be a good one to go for. The Maltese League has gone up massively and for teams like that I think it really depends on how well they do in the qualifiers. The Welsh league has gone down dramatically.
