It has Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, England, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Scotland, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey & USA the highest 2 leages of each (except for Belgium it has all 3 divisions loaded, large db. Set up the game how as you would normally, pick the leagues you want etc. Create a manager profile, but start unemployed. In preferences choose how often you want the game to save - I would suggest either once a year or every 5 years. Then go on holiday indefinitely, and leave the game running over night. Depending on how fast your computer is and how many leagues you have selected, you will probably find that the you have reached around 2020 when you check your computer in the morning.
