cruyff14 Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 As long as their morale is okay and they are not unhappy I'd ignore it as I have dumbed down training for them before and they still complain. I look at it this way the club that employs my players and they earn thousands and I win stuff, if they aren't prepared to work hard for their pay and success then they can either leave or rot in my U18's whilst put on my most intense schedule as Balotelli is discovering.
