Team talk screen really slow

Hi there, I hope you can help. The game runs really fast for me everywhere else, but in the team talk/match day screen it is really unresponsive. If I click on something like split view, or an individual players team talk, it can take up to 20 seconds for it to show up.

Does anyone have any ideas what this may be, everything else in the game runs fine, and has only just started happening recently.
