Regardless of the game (small or big), the length of winning streak, the previous result, it makes no difference to a couple of players in my team (lucas specifically). Is there anything that can be done? I would guess probably not as it would seem to be a personality issue. I've tried different team talks but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? her0n Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 Private chats, if successful, increase morale. Talk to them about last performance, recent form or training level.
