jamiescfc2009
I was Luton signing a former player of my team Stockport and he was a pacy striker but I put the attacking training on high. But is there a way to make him faster as the opponents are catching up with him or dribbling is not that good
HoreTore
Ball control and aerobics are the training categories you're looking for. You can also set individual training focus to either quickness or dribbling.

HoreTore
Note: if he's old it may not do any good... Players generally get slower after they turn 30-ish, and when they reach 34-ish they start losing pace REALLY fast... Seeing a former high speed train end up with 4-5 points in pace is not uncommon at all...

kingjericho
Individual training focus is almost useless. It only works for young players, and even for them it raises the targeted attributes by 1 point per season, at most.
