Ass man keeps screwing up my national poll

This is the first time i take up international management in FM 2011, and the first thing that hit my is the fact that my assistant manager just keeps clearing/picking up a new national poll each time i hit "continue". I want to have the national poll that i want, is there any way i can do that ?

Not done it before, but dunno if there's a 'Save Selection' somewhere around on that screen? Sorry I can't be much more help.

I did go on holiday for a few days, now that you mention it, maybe that's when the poll gets changed. I should check that. Thanks.
