Broken morale & form

Hi everyone, I've encountered a problem where on the team overview screen (the one F3 is a shortcut to) my team's morale seems to be constantly stuck the same indefinately. I go into a match, and on the team talk screen it seems to be correct. Also on the same screen (F3 shortcut) the player's last 5 games form either doesn't appear at all or is just completely made up.

Very frustrating when trying to select your team :/

Can anybody identify whats going on and how to fix it? Thanks.
