unsettle player

how do you unsettle a player?

I saw a small guide on FM base I think that I can't remember too much of but was something like you admire them in the media and declare interest but only do it once a month or they get annoyed, ie release two comments for older players, three for youth (including admire prospect or whatever it is), and put a few cheeky bids in for them but you must be prepared to wait between 6-12 months, that is the jist of that guide I think, though you may want to have a quick look on FM-Base to see if you can find it.
