Tutoring a younger player

I NEVER manage to make a young player accept an older one to tutorn him. IRL a young player would almost never refuse to be tutored, because it can only benefit his future. How do you manage to pursue stupid young player to do it anyway?

I get this a lot, even if they are seemingly similar sorts of people of the same nationality. If you say something like go on give it a try or an alternative they will usually be won over. Don't know whether they're more likely to fall out by the end though :S

Managed to turn them around only once, and I tried so many times with different kind of players. It seems there's just no way in doing it...

Try choosing the 'I'm positive it will improve your game'... It almost always works for me...
