kingjericho Posted January 25, 2011 Share Posted January 25, 2011 I always search for the following, above 14: - Judging Player Ability - Judging Player Potential - Determination - Motivation - Tactical Knowledge and if they also have: - Adaptability - Working with Youngsters - Level of Discipline - Man Management even better.
