Dar2000 Posted January 24, 2011 Share Posted January 24, 2011 The player must have played in 75% of his nations fixtures for the previous couple of years to bring him to the UK iirc. It's a law irl too. If he has loads of caps for his nation not a problem. If he is an exceptionally talented youngster you may get him on appeal.
