mcleod_69_69_69 Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 How does the manager reputation work?? I have a world class reputation but i am unable to get a top job. I am looking for a new challenge in my long save game but don't want to create a new manager or start again. For me having a world class rep puts me in the same league as the top manager in the world. but obviously not, so what is the point of the reputation bar??
