santy001 Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 Usually its european nations, but I often scour the likes of Macedonia, Luxembourg, Andorra, Albania and co for cheap, good players in the lower leagues. A lot are at part time clubs or free agents and even where they are on permanent contracts are usually cheap or short term enough to be able to focus on purchasing.
