KYMYK
Now why would you play with a team thats 80% guaranteed to promote in the first season? Be a man! If you're starting in lower divisions, start with the ones with low or mediocre chances to promote.
rjfreeman
Yeah I like to use the oppisite approach and choose the team with the least money, worse players and the least chance to be promoted. Then if you do get promoted you get a sense of accomplishment. If you pick the best they were probably going to win anyways, with or without you. parsfanjamie
And plus if you don't get promoted there aren't really any excuses.

phnompenhandy
If you like a rich club with a convicted criminal manager to replace, look no further than Crawley. As Said, there is a forum 'Good Player Guide' which names names - not here.

Ninja Monkey
Luton Town, Fleetwood Town, Crawley Town and Grimsby are all good bets to play in the Blue Square Premier if you want to get promoted quick and all have decent budgets to use
