How do you know he is strict and adopting a strict approach to use that comment. Also on the players he buys in the transfer market. I use conversations quite a lot but cant seem to work out when this is best. Sometimes an oppostion manager has slagged me off after a game stating things like my players try to walk it in the back of the net but if I shot more it would be a better approach.
