There should be a better training system within the game where you can view how certain players performed in training. And also lots of reports from the ass man on the reserve and youth team. Currently it's <Match Day> <Pick Team> <Read lots of irrelevant news items speculating transfers and 15 managers sacked per week> <Match Day> <Pick Team> <Read 40 irrelevant messages> My idea: Replace the <40 irrelevant messages> with actual reports on your first team/reserve/youth team on; training, stat improvements/decline, performance in matches, increase/decrease in ability etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
