Match Evaluation System and Training

Hi everyone and sorry for my english.

I have played fm since it was championship manager: many changes are happens, once is the evaluation system that I think isn't now really realistic because players takes 6 also when they do an error or them team lose 4-0, it's difficult to see one player in the game that takes 5 or 4. on the cm series and on fm 2005 (if i remember well) there was that kind of evaluation (more realistic). in a real game is normal that a player takes a bad vote expecially when his team lose.

so, why in the fm 09 you don't restart whit that kind of evaluation system?

and another thing: in fm 2007 the training work well but in fm 2008 there is no way (and my players work hard!) for increase the players values.
