scoot19 Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 I am Celtic and in my 3rd season. I want to upgrade my youth recruitment but i never get the option. Each year i have upgraded the youth facilities but still no option of upgrading youth recruitment. Its not because my youth recruitment is at the top level already because the regens i get are crap. Coentrao Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 If you hover your mouse over the Youth Recruitment Network option on the board it should give you a tooltip explaining why it can't be upgraded.
